Home staging is NOT decorating, it is a carefully formulated equation of color, furniture, art, focal points, and textures. When buyers walk into your house, you want them never want to leave. Staging is cheaper than a price reduction. Nearly a third of buyers are willing to overlook property faults when a home is staged (The National Association of Realtors).
Home styling is the preparation of the home to be lived in buy the homeowners. This ranges from sprucing up a living room color palette to working together to choose new fixtures and textiles for your current renovation.

Hi, I’m Jen, owner and lead stager here at Lucy Lane. I’ve loved interiors ever since I was a little girl. It was a surprise to me to learn that some people keep their furniture in the same spot for more than a few weeks! What comes to me naturally are the strategic pieces of an equation to get buyers to fall in love with your house (and never want to leave)! My experience with design and real estate is the perfect marriage to allow me to do what I love. I look forward to helping you sell your house quickly and for a favorable price!
